All communities rely upon the initiative that individuals bring. These initiatives can recreate and transform outer circumstances, but what exactly is needed for the birth of a new initiative? What role does the environment play in the process of bringing an initiative into being? How can we create a space where initiative can be born and put into action?

These are questions which we, the participants of the Youth Initiative Program, are constantly working on, and they will be the leading questions for the organization of our conference.
