360° can be seen as a social microcosm that gives space to share ideas as well as existing initiatives and projects. This is one level of inspiration we want to provide. The second important level is the level of networking. Young people are bursting with inspiration and ideas for initiatives, but often the questions are: how to put them into action? How to start? Where to find support? In meeting other inspired people, ideas can come together and catalyze into actual initiatives.

Our wish for the end of the conference is that when the participants go back to their respective countries, they will on their turn share the knowledge and inspiration they have gained. Our vision is that some of the inspiration will lead to actual initiatives that change something in the world, bringing it one step closer to a positive present.
