Registration Disclaimer:
If you've read through the information on this website and, just like us you feel that 360º Exploring Community is going to be an amazing conference, it's time to register!Registering for the conference means that you agree to the rules as they appear in the conference booklet (handed out at the beginning of the conference). The basic agreements can be found on this website, and if you use your common sense no problems should occur.
Age Policy:
If you are under the age of 17, we ask you to bring a legal adult (18+) with you.
Participation Fee:
If you come in a situation that you want to cancel your participation in the 360º Exploring Community please be aware that 300 SEK of your total payment is not refundable.
360° Visa Policy:
The responsible association of 360º Exploring Community will not write invitation letters for those participants requiring Visa support. Your participation in this conference is completely reliant upon your independent ability to enter Sweden.
Insurance:
Participants from outside the EU should make sure to have insurance.
